The Temporary Staffing Bureau provides an on-site bank management service to East Surrey Hospital, as well as our services at Crawley and Horsham hospitals and aims to supply skilled workers to cover temporary shortages within the organisation due to sickness, annual leave, or short-term unfilled vacancies.
Our bank workforce us an incredibly important part of our workforce team and supports us to deliver outstanding patient focused care to our patients and their families.
