National Patient Surveys – tell us what you think
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust will soon be carrying out two surveys. These form part of the national programme to improve the quality of care and patients’ experience:
- a survey to find out what children, young people and their parents think about the care they received in hospital.

3. NHS maternity survey 2021
Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are conﬁdential. If you are invited to take part you will be sent a letter with details explaining how to participate. This survey is part of a national programme to improve experiences of maternity care.
