Patients and visitors

Welcome to the patient and visitors section of our website. Here you can find all you need to know about your hospital visit, such as getting to our hospitals, what to expect as an outpatient or inpatient, what facilities are available and how to contact us and provide feedback.

Please note
Due to coronavirus, temporary visiting restrictions remain in place. For further information on visiting our services, please click here.

Please note
SASH is urging the public to think before going to A&E. There are a range of local NHS healthcare services available, so that minor conditions, such as coughs and colds can be managed safely and effectively at home or with advice from a pharmacist. Minor Injuries units treat most injuries that are urgent but not life threatening, for example sprains, broken bones and minor burns. Anyone who does not have a life-threatening illness or injury is asked to make an appointment with their GP. Or, if their GP practice is closed call NHS 111 for free, 24 hours a day. Thank you.

Wifi at SASH

Please note there is free wifi for patients and visitors. Please look for PUBLIC_INTERNET where you will find the login details.
