It’s Young Carers day on 26 January

Do you know a young person who helps to look after someone who is ill, disabled or has an addiction problem? Are you a carer yourself and aged under 18?

Would you like to know more about the support that is available to young carers? Drop by the information stand at the East Entrance of East Surrey Hospital  23 – 27 January.
