The Trust has facilities to investigate, diagnose and treat colorectal cancers. The MDT lead is Mr John Grabham.
Endoscopy services are located in Redwood Elective Centre at East Surrey Hospital where there are three suites, one of which has radiological scanning equipment, which is available for procedures including colonic stenting. Crawley Hospital has two suites are available.
Laparoscopic and open surgeries are carried out at East Surrey Hospital, with patients returning to a specialised surgical step down unit post-operatively.
General surgical outpatients clinics are held at East Surrey, Crawley and Horsham Hospitals. Oncology clinics are held on a Tuesday at Crawley Hospital.

Please do not send referral letters direct to a consultant, medical secretary or any other department. You can of course make the actual outpatient referral letter out to a specific consultant. The Outpatient Booking Office is responsible for processing ALL referrals for outpatient appointments which then initiates the patient’s 18 week RTT status.
