Kingsfold Unit

Ambulatory emergency care

The Kingsfold unit provides ambulatory care for patients who are mobile and medically stable that will benefit from rapid assessment, investigations and treatment. This will happen on the same day, meaning you may avoid hospital admission.

On the Kingsfold unit we run many clinics this means you may not always be seen in order of arrival, as patients may be booked in for a different clinic.

Our unit provides care for:

  • Ambulatory medical referrals
  • Consultant follow up reviews
  • Procedural clinics
  • DVT/TIA clinics
