Each year our staff care for thousands of patients and now is your chance to nominate them for our prestigious annual staff awards.
We want you to tell us who you think went above and beyond and help us publicly acknowledge and celebrating an individual or team’s exceptional contribution to the on-going success of Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Nominations can be made by anyone who has used the services of the Trust at East Surrey, Crawley, Horsham or Caterham Dene Hospitals or Oxted Health Centre. You might be a former or current patient, carer, external agency or voluntary organisation.
The awards reflect our Trust values: Dignity and Respect, Compassion, Safety and Quality and One Team. Did you meet a staff member or team who championed these values and you want to highlight them as a role model?
