On Monday 11 November between 5-8.30pm, Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust will host a health and social care careers event for students aged 12 to 18, to promote the range of careers and pathways available to them.
If you are a student in year nine and above come along and talk to practitioners about their job, have a go activities including restart a heart, see presentations, visit the simulation suite and find out about career pathways including apprenticeships.
Information and advice will be available on a wide range of careers including:
- Dentistry
- Decontamination science
- Dietetics
- Medicine
- Midwifery
- Nursing
- Occupational therapy
- Operating department practice radiology
- Speech and language therapy
- Microbiology
- Padamedics
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy
- Information on apprenticeships and both clinical and non-clinical roles
