Immunology

The Immunology service is now delivered from The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton. There is a separate Immunology form which requires completion for all Immunology requests.

Most test results are available within 14 days of receipt of the specimen. If a test is urgent, please contact the laboratory at Brighton directly.

Clinical advice

Clinical staff will be happy to discuss cases and provide advice, including choice of test(s) & interpretation of results.

The repertoire of immunology tests is available from the Royal Sussex Immunology laboratory or on the website at:

http://pathology.bsuh.nhs.uk/Pathology

 

All current reference ranges are available with the results either on the Apex computer system or on the paper report.
