Having your say ensures that as a patient you, your family, visitors and carers can contribute to improving and developing the care and services we provide.

By offering your feedback, it enables us to understand the things that are important to you and make it possible to take the required action so that all who have access to our services will have an experience that exceeds their expectations.

Your Care Matters Survey

Our Your Care Matters survey invites you to answer questions about your experience as a patient. The survey is anonymous and confidential, allowing you to give your honest opinion of your experience. These comments, positive and negative, are analysed, fed back to our staff and used to improve our care and facilities on an ongoing basis. Healthwatch Surrey

Healthwatch Surrey is an independent organisation listening to people about their experiences of health and social care in Surrey and providing independent feedback, reports and recommendations to commissioners and providers to influence, inform and, if necessary, challenge decisions and plans both for existing services and new ones.
