Staff at East Surrey Hospital waved goodbye last week to a kind hearted couple who between them have been volunteering at the hospital for an impressive 44 years. Since 1992 David and Margaret Jones have given up thousands of hours of their time helping staff, patients and visitors.
Gold stars for two of our hardworking hospital volunteers who are heading off to medical school after a clutch of great exam results. Joseph Sheridan spent 9 months volunteering on Woodland ward and described his time at East Surrey Hospital as invaluable. He added: “I’d never been in
