Nurses looking for a new job closer to home are invited to a cardiology nursing recruitment day from 10am – 2pm on Saturday 16 April at the Surrey and Sussex Heart Centre at East Surrey Hospital, Redhill.
Keith Middleton, matron, said: “Our recruitment event is an ideal opportunity to visit the new Surrey and Sussex Heart Centre and meet the team. We have many great opportunities for newly qualified nurses, nurses returning to work after a career break or for those who are simply looking to work closer to home.
“We will be holding interviews on the day and you could leave with a new job. It is not essential that you have worked in cardiology previously as we will provide training.”
As part of the Trust’s ongoing commitment to delivering specialist care, the Surrey and Sussex Heart Centre has two new state-of-the-art cardiac catheter laboratories.
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust ranks within the top 20% of Trusts across the country as a place to work and receive treatment, according to a recent national survey of NHS staff.
