This week we are undertaking some essential resurfacing works in the visitor car park at East Surrey Hospital to help improve the road surface for people coming to our site. This requires the partial closure of the visitor car park to allow the works to take place – this area is marked in red in the image below.
To ensure visitors can still access hospital services and to minimise any inconvenience, we have opened up a large section of our adjacent staff car park to visitors during this period – ensuring there is a clear exit route to the normal exit barriers for the visitor car park. This area is marked in yellow in the image below, with the exit route to the visitor barriers highlighted by the green arrows.
To help ensure the works run smoothly, members of our car parking team will be on site throughout the week to help support any visitors parking at East Surrey Hospital.
The works are due to be completed by Monday 8 March.
