"I am not working on Christmas Day this year, but I have very fond memories of being on site on 25 December in years gone by. I’ve loved bringing the new babies into the world, and several times we’ve been able to gather round the computer on our break and watch the Christmas instalment of Call the Midwife!
"One year I had the privilege of venturing out in the cold and darkness to support a mother in giving birth at home. The Christmas tree was sparkling and there were gifts all around, which made it so magical and special.
"On my way home on Boxing Day morning, I usually visit the big Christmas sales and grab all the bargains before heading home for a nap!"
